Macarons / Peanut Butter Cookies

It's been a while since my last blog. Time really got to me.

Since my last post, I had the opportunity to go to a macaron course and boy it was fun. I made perfect little macarons.

Soooo I have tried again to make the little buggers but seems like my oven and I need to work on our relationship. As my little buggers kept on becoming cracked meringues. Still not sure what went wrong. What I need is a fan oven in my life!

I have also managed to make Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies that was toooo die for. I didn't eat peanut butter for about 12 years (long story) and this year I told myself it is time and I did it! Made my first ever peanut butter cookies and I couldn't stop myself from eating them.
